- - - CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING POLICIES
      72hr notice of rescheduling, same day cancelation must pay scheduled service in full.
      ** MANDATORY HAIR PREP FOR ALL SERVICES ASIDE FROM CLIPPER CUTS**
    - Cleanse [shampoo] and detangle [comb/condition] your hair.
    - Hair must be freshly washed the morning of your appointment.
    - Hair must be all down and completely dry, allowing your hair to set naturally.
    - Do not pull, pin tie or push hair down tight, this stretches the curls.
    - No hair in any kind of braids or updo(buns,twists,ponytails,clips)
    - No hair products aside from leave in conditioner.
    - The hair prep ensures proper consultation during your appointment.
      IF HAIR IS NOT PROPERLY PREPED YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED AND WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL & BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE. THIS PREP IS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDING YOUR DRY HAIRCUT.
